Cycora is designed with a privacy-first approach. We collect minimal data to provide and improve our service:

• Cycle and Health Data: Your menstrual cycle data, cycle length, period dates, and related health information are stored locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage. This data is not transmitted to our servers.
• Account Information: If you create an account, we may collect your email address for account management and communication purposes.
• Usage Analytics: We collect anonymized usage data to understand how the App is used and to improve our service. This includes app opens, feature usage, and crash reports. This data cannot be linked to your identity.

3. How We Use Your Data to Generate Plans

To generate your personalized daily plans, the App processes certain inputs you provide — including your selected goal mode, current cycle phase, cycle length, and any preferences you set. This information is sent securely to a third-party AI model to produce your nutrition, fitness, and wellness recommendations.

We may use AI models from providers such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or xAI for plan generation. Only the data necessary to produce your plan is transmitted — no names, email addresses, or other identifying information are included in these requests. These providers process this data in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or have access to your specific health or cycle data on our servers. We do not collect your location data, contacts, photos, or any data beyond what is described above.

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Your data is not used for advertising or marketing by third parties.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple StoreKit: For processing in-app subscriptions. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is not accessible to us. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information.
• Analytics: We use privacy-focused analytics to collect anonymized usage statistics. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics data.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Your health and cycle data is stored locally on your device and benefits from the security features built into iOS, including device encryption.

8. Data Retention

Your cycle and health data is stored on your device and persists as long as the App is installed. If you delete the App, your locally stored data will be removed. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for up to 24 months to help us understand long-term usage trends.

9. Children's Privacy

Cycora is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
