1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cycora (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Cycora is a cycle-based living planner that auto-generates personalized daily and weekly plans for nutrition, fitness, and wellness based on your menstrual cycle phase. The App offers four goal modes: Period Tracking, Get Pregnant, Already Pregnant, and Enhance Sex Life. Cycora is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

3. Subscriptions

Cycora offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans that unlock premium features. Current pricing and plan details are displayed in the App before purchase and on the App Store product page. Prices may vary by country and are subject to change.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions include a free trial period for new subscribers, as shown at the time of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased.

4. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage and cancel subscriptions at any time in your iPhone Settings under your Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. Apple as Distributor — End User License Agreement

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). You can read Apple's EULA here: Apple Standard EULA. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA governs with respect to the license to use the App. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

6. Health Disclaimer

The content provided by Cycora, including nutrition plans, fitness recommendations, and wellness guidance, is for informational purposes only. It is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or received through the App. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking medication, consult your doctor before following any plan generated by the App.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, are the exclusive property of Cycora and its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of the App's content without prior written consent.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App or help anyone else do so. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code. You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cycora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the App; (b) any content obtained from the App; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content. In no event shall Cycora's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Cycora in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States.
